How do I start?
Join the Preview waitlist with your email address. We’ll let you know when access opens; joining does not start a trial or subscription. Existing users can sign in to Preview.
What is included in the trial?
Both 14-day trials require a card and include one active project, 1 GB of storage and one total interactive hour. Solo includes one creator and one interactive reviewer at a time. Studio includes two creators and up to three simultaneous interactive reviewers on the trial project. Extra creators selected at signup and paid-plan allowances become available after the trial.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Choose the region that matches your billing address to see your fixed prices in CAD, USD, GBP or EUR. For new subscriptions, your plan, extra interactive usage and spending cap all use the same currency. Your language and billing interval carry into Preview. Applicable taxes are additional.
What counts as interactive usage?
Images and PDFs also use Preview’s protected remote display, but their visual review sessions do not consume interactive hours. Interactive hours are metered for compiled website sessions, starting when the session is ready. Time spent commenting inside a ready website session still counts toward interactive hours. Comments, replies and decisions have no separate per-action fee. Failed startup time is not charged.
What are the additional costs?
Each additional Studio creator is $15/month or $150/year. Extra interactive time is $1.50/hour, metered by the second. Set a spending cap in USD, or choose $0 to keep extra usage off. The cap limits usage charges before tax. Annual subscriptions renew yearly. Extra usage is billed separately each calendar month in USD. Applicable taxes are additional.
Can clients download the originals?
Clients receive marked visual proofs or an interactive website view, rather than your original image, PDF or website archive. Visible watermarks discourage copying; they do not prevent screenshots or photography of the screen.
Is an approval a legal signature?
An approval records a decision for a revision, with the share label and time. The share label is not verified identity or a formal electronic signature.
